

Pink Zebra uses soy wax from soybean oil derived from only US-grown soybeans. Is the soy used in Pink Zebra’s Soft Soy wax from GMO (genetically modified organisms)? We have no way of knowing. A small amount accidentally eaten is no cause for concern, but larger amounts should be avoided, especially for those with specific fragrance allergies. Even though many of their fragrance ingredients are shared with the flavor industry, Sprinkles are not considered edible, and ingestion should be avoided. Waxes are edible, but they are not very digestible and will mostly go through your system without being broken down. Storage conditions (heat & light) can affect the life of your Sprinkles, but under most household conditions, unused Sprinkles will retain their fragrance and color for at least 1 year. Do my sprinkles have an expiration date? Soy wax does make up the majority of all Sprinkles formulas. This is required to make one wick work with all of the different fragrances and colors.

BUT, Pink Zebra Sprinkles allows for mixing your favorite scents together in a glass container to create a bomb-diggity smelling, personalized scented candle, so that makes up for it IMHO. Scentsy wax bars is that I didn’t have as much flexibility of changing scents as I did with wax bars, as these are sprinkles, and the samples didn’t come with the store-away carton. The absolute only down side that I had with these vs. They burn smoothly, and keep most of their bright, fun colors while doing so. And the best part? I don’t know about y’all, but I get headaches when they’re too overpowering. They were ALL great smelling though, without being too strong.
